Most home loan and visa valuations are delivered within 24 hours of site inspection. Same-day service is available for urgent visa and bank cases. LRD and corporate assignments typically take 48–72 hours.
Are VMR reports accepted by all banks?
We are empanelled with 25+ banks and NBFCs — including PNB, ICICI, HDFC, Axis, Kotak, Tata Capital, Muthoot, LIC HFL, and more. Our reports follow panel-approved formats and include a quality guarantee — if a bank rejects on technical grounds, we revise at no extra cost.
Do you offer Lease Rent Discounting (LRD) valuation?
Yes — we provide rental yield and LRD valuations for commercial properties, accepted by HDFC, Axis, Kotak, Tata Capital, and other panel banks. Turnaround is typically 48–72 hours from document submission.
Can you value machinery and industrial equipment?
Yes — Vaddepalli Murali is a Chartered Engineer certified to value plant, machinery, and equipment for loans, insurance, accounting, and IBBI compliance. We serve corporates including Premier Energies, Penna Cement, and Daikin Air Conditioning.
What documents do I need to submit?
